IQD trinket secondary stat proc has wrong duration?

The stat proc duration for the IQD trinket should be 25s under TW/BL, 20s otherwise (here’s a random example from WCL, the +5s during TW/BL is also documented on e.g. icy-veins).

Seems like right now AMR has it as always 30s, from looking at a sim log and the theorycraft wiki.

The spell data definitely says it has a 30 sec duration on those buffs, but yeah it only gives 20… I’ll change that manually in the wiki.

It’s also really weird that it behaves differently during bloodlust… wonder why blizzard did that…
