Legendary: The Emerald Dreamcatcher

I have read this post and still have a question.

My question is: why is AMR asking to equip Emerald dreamcatcher in every sim i make if i have Unlock all legendary but almost only 5%-10% use it

Link an export of your character (from the AMR addon) please.

Emerald Dreamcatcher is really strong for single target damage. People don’t use it as much because it is harder to make use of than other items.

But, if you do make good use of it, it is still strongest for single target damage.
