I just hit Exalted with the Undying Army, and noticed they had this item for sale:
It is not listed when running Upgrade Finder, either when looking for “purchased” items, or trying “add to my bag” manually.
Looks like some source information is missing for a few of these faction rewards – we’ll add it in the next update, then it should show up.
