"Niya's Tools: Burrs" undervalued by BiB?

BiB claims that using the Endurance path is a -0.78% DPS compared to the Potency path for the last level of Niya conduits. I noticed this goes against what most players are playing (people go for the Endurance path because the passive (Burrs) is really good).

The simulator seems to agree that Burrs does more damage:
Burrs (Endurance): Not Available
Poison (Potency, Fury of the Skies conduit slotted): Not Available

Any idea why BiB seems to provide the wrong recommendation?

Hmmm, not sure. Burrs, in general, is OP for most specs. So, I’d expect it to get suggested in most cases. We’ll take a look - dealing with these flat damage effects is always such a pain.
