Could you post the string of text that you are trying to paste into the website? With that I can try to reproduce your issue.
Also, it often helps to give us a support snapshot as well. Press the “help” link next to the big “Best in Bags” section header (or whichever section of the site you are trying to use), then press Create Support Post, and copy the generated snapshot ID and put it in a reply to this thread.
