Looked through the other topics with similar titles and did all of the recommended things. Cleared cookies and browsing. Copied my export string and sent it to my other computer and still gettting the same error. Talked with a friend who also has robot, and he is having the same issues.

What specifically were you doing when you got the error?
Also, we almost always need a specific character to test as well. The easiest way is to press the “help” link next to the big Best in Bags section header (or Best in Slot, or whichever feature you are using) and then click Create Support Post, Copy the generated snapshot ID here and we can use that to test.
If the error is preventing you from getting to that, then a copy of your addon export from the in-game addon is the next best thing.
I did the support thing when it popped up. I clicked best in bags and got the error, I have tried upgrade finder, the corruption cleanse, the best in slot. If there is an option to select I have tried it and I get the “Error: Object Reference not set to an instance of an object”
