I have come across what I think might be a bug for the BiB for Balance Druids. When running my Single Target BiB it’s having me swap to a Talent Set and Gear that causes me an approximately 5.2% DPS loss (Nearly 50k).
The character in question is Sly - Dawnbringer
Right now I am running the following Talents: Starlord, Displacer, Guardian, Typhoon, Incarnation, Blessing and Stellar. When I try to run my BiB it wants me to change my gear and switch Incarnation to Stellar Flare. As noted above this is a 50k DPS loss for me.

The odd thing about this as well is when I switch my talents around a little bit (Change Blessing to Shooting Stars), It doesn’t have me make any changes. It tells me that I am perfectly optimized and have all the proper gear and talents set.
