Shoulder in bold while it shouldn't be

I just posted an update to the site and addon, should resolve most of these issues. Post in this other thread if you still have a problem after updating the addon:

I posted an update, should fix these items. You will need version 70 or higher of the in-game addon, and may need to re-import your gear to update it. Post here if you continue to have these or similar problems, be sure to give your addon string and details.
