Why is it suggesting I use the Vial of Caustic Liquid instead of Overcharged Anima Battery?

Both of your epic trinkets are on-use, and you have max on-use items set to 1. Change that to 2 or above, and it should pick the Overcharged Anima Battery over the Vial
