I’ve imported my character, best in bags and other modules work, but for whatever reason, upgrade finder never displays any results. I’ll hit the Find Upgrade button, I get the circle in the middle of the screen, and then it just goes right back to the screen, no results, or no errors. It doesn’t matter if I try quick rank, great vault etc. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks!
If you provide us a snapshot ID, we can try your specific case and see what’s up – you can do that by pressing the “help” link next to the big “Upgrade Finder” section header, and paste the generated 32-digit ID here.

When I try that snapshot I’m seeing Upgrade Finder results as expected… I wonder why you aren’t seeing anything…
Is Destruction or Demonology your main spec, and do you get the issue with both specs? I notice that your Demonology spec has no gear currently equipped (e.g. when I go run Best in Bags, it shows your current gear as blank, which indicates to me that maybe you don’t use that spec often or haven’t activated it in-game recently). In Best in Bags, you can drag-and-drop to re-order your setups on the left, which is important for optimization. You want your highest priority setup at the top of the list.
I don’t think re-ordering those would cause or fix any error… but it wouldn’t hurt to double check that.
Are you perhaps getting a javascript error? You can view the console on your browser and look for errors, the method differs slightly with each browser. In Firefox, you go to the menu → more tools → web developer tools, then click the Console tab. Chrome is the same except they are called just “developer tools”. After doing so, reload the web page and try doing an upgrade finder search again – does anything show up in red in that console? If so, copy the error here.
Ya know what, I just tried it in Edge, worked no problem, so definitely a Chrome issue! I’ll tinker around in Chrome, may need to even be updated, thanks for your help!
