I just found the update today. I can log in just fine but when I try to import my character from the addon I paste into the box and nothing happens. So I tried to load from the WoW armory but I can’t put anything into the textboxes and the drop-downs do not work. Nor can I load a generic character, same problem. The layout of the website is also slightly off, below the header seems to be too far up.
Running Pale Moon 27.9.4 and the problem persists even with all addons disabled.
Can you post your addon export string (the one you paste into the site)? That will help me see if I can reproduce it on my end.
Also, did you use the beta simulator we had at all (might be related).
Lastly, have you tried logging in and out and refreshing the page? If not, give it a try and let me know what happens.
Pale Moon is not an officially supported browser – it’s possible that the website is not compatible with it. We officially support the latest versions of Edge, Firefox, and Chrome.
I get the same issue using the latest version of Chrome.
I’m having this issue as well. Firefox 61.0.1. I’m not able to paste a string from the addon or load a character from the armory directly. I can fill out the input boxes, but clicking the Import button does nothing.
This is a new issue - something happened with our update 5 minutes ago and we are trying to figure that out.
Same problem, but only for about an hour.
I get the same issue using Edge, latest Firefox, and latest Chrome.
Likewise, I’m on chrome. I can type into the paste box, but not paste. I can paste the string into other locations. R-click paste and paste-as-plain-text both fail. =) Hope it’s something trivial! =D

Try the site now, it should work. I am not a developer, but my laymen’s understanding is that our javascript minifyer just… doesn’t work anymore. Super odd. But we just rolled back a version and it works now.

I was able to load your character without any problems. Not sure if you saw my earlier message, it is possible that your browser is not compatible with the website. I am not familiar with that browser, so we haven’t tested the site on it.
Using AMR 6.3 and Microsoft Edge. Have one character Garithan-Lightbringer that ctrl-v works fine, taking me to Best in Bags. I just tried both of those character on Edge and encountered no issues – it imported the character and showed it as loaded, then I was able to go on and do whatever action I wanted.
Is there any kind of error in your browser? In Edge, press F12 to open the console. Try pasting again – do you see any errors? And if so, what do they say?
