BiB is telling me to equip Gol’Isigar pillar. yes it is an ilvl upgrade, no it is not for kick butt warriors 
Do you mean Gol Osigr Pillar? That staff has Strength on it, so it should function just like any other 2h Strength weapon for a DPS Warrior.
