AMR is puting ret traits ranked high for holy spect. i cant even pick ret traits in the azerite gear. so its best in bags is not working for me. The trait is lights decree its a 1.55% healing increase for me as holy.

You could have searched for lights decree yourself and found the answer.

just wanted to let you know that the BiS optimizer told me to slot the Light’s Decree artifact trait on my Holy spec, even though that’s a Retribution trait that only activates when using Holy Power. This item is not used on any other spec, so as long as there isn’t a hidden interaction I don’t know about I think this is probably a bug.
