Hi!
In the following snapshot, best in bags recommends Miniature Signing Stone instead of Tome of Unstable Power (both ilvl 421) for a Balance Druid:

We’ll fix that in the next update – for some reason there are two versions of that trinket with two different item IDs, but they are identical. We have the ranking stored under the other item ID, so I’ll add it for this item ID as well.
