Can AMR return both ST and MT BiB sets?

I like the new adaptive gearing strats. What I am trying to do for my Frost Mage is to generate one BiB for the Single Target Adaptive Gearing Strategy and one for the Multi Target Adaptive Gearing Strategy, and have them saved in game so i can switch between them as we go to the next boss, etc. I understand I will have to change talents along with this. but is what I am asking possible? (right now they seem to overwrite each other).

That is not currently possible. It is on the long list of things that the AMR team has expressed interest in working on. For now, the best we can do is export each and save them separately using the in game gear set organizer or another addon.
