I downloaded latest version of client (AskMrRobotClient) and executed amr.exe. It asked me to log in and I put my ID and PW, but it kept saying my id and pw is wrong. I tried couple time and it automatically shuts down. Is there a way to solve this issue?
It uses the same username/password as the live website (which is same as this forum). One thing to check – are you using your username, not your email address? It won’t work if you try to use your email address to log in.
