Error when trying to import from add-on

when I import into best in bag I get “The region,realm,and name could not be read from the provided string”; and when I try to import character I get " The specified realm could not be found. This can happen if the region is incorrect in your import string".

I deleted and reinstalled the addon (including the lua file) - same problem.

Any suggestions?

How To: Fix Addon Export Showing Wrong Region

Sometimes when you export from our addon to the website, it will export the wrong region (e.g. EU instead of US). This is usually caused by installing an addon pack from somebody in a different region than you, which can overwrite your own WoW settings. But there is an easy fix!
