Gear check.. how does this work?

So I do a gear check using this new layout/system and see my currently equipped items in the list but they are all around 10-15 points Higher in level than what I actually have equipped, so whats going?

an example is Main Hand / 273 / Sea-Scourge Greatblade. That’s the correct item but mines level is 266?

Are you talking about the website listing, or the in-game listing?

The in-game listing can have bugged ilvls because of how getting information from Blizzard works. Not much to do there unless Blizzard fixes it.
