I’m running to an interesting issue with Best in Slot for my Mistweaver Monk. Under my setup, I only have Uldir: LFR checked. I have no Mythic+ options, no BOE drops, and no crafted items. The BIS item recommended is Cowl of Dark Portents which drops off Mythrax (ilvl 340).
This week, I received the 355 version of that item from the weekly quest. I was very surprised to find that the BIS item is still the 340 version.
My conclusion is that Ask Mr. Robot is using my current azerite level to make this recommendation. The difference between the two pieces is that my Heart of Azerite level is 18 which means I have two powers unlocked for the 340 item and only one for the 355 item.
To me, I would still think that the BIS item should be the 355 version. I realize that not everyone would view this the same as me so I was wondering if it would be possible to have another option under setup that ignores azerite level. Assuming all azerite slots are unlocked, what are the BIS items then.
