Hi,
maybe I’m just overlooking or misunderstanding something, but those values simply seem to be quite off.
At the gearing strategy haste is weaker the higher the gear score get’s and even is at max the same value as mastery at high gear score, still best in slot suggests haste as the highest secondary.
