In mongoose bite rotation, serpent sting up-time is very low, when latent poison < 2.

It is different from the latest simulation craft apl.

Yeah, it looks like it is worth refreshing it now even when Mongoose Fury is up if you have at least one Latent Poison. I’ll make a change for that. With zero Latent Poison it is still more or less dps neutral to refresh it with Mongoose Fury up.
