I downloaded and installed the most recent version AskMrRobot-69 from this site, When I try to import data it says I seem to have an older version. I tried this several times. What do I do now?
Try refreshing the web page maybe? I just imported to the site using version 69 of the addon and it worked.

What is the specific error message that it gives? Also, are you getting the error when pasting into the website, or the addon?
Also, could you post the string here that you are trying to paste?

Well, things just got worse. I deleted every askmrrobot file on my computer. Now when I extract the files to my AddOns then AskMrRobot doesn’t appear in my in game AddOns tab even though it is is in the interface/addons folder.
According to your export string above, you are still using version 63.
With 8.1 Blizzard changed the folder structure of the wow client to put all clients (retail, ptr, beta, classic) into the same folder to share files between those clients. This means that you need to put your addons in that specific subfolder, i.e. _retail_/interface/addons.
