I was using classic vanilla AMR and it recommends me onslaught girdle over belt of never-ending agony as a BIS (as a warrior). I used no restrictions/exclusions. Is this a bug?
No, it is not a bug. Blessing of Kings makes strength better than attack power. If you were to remove the BoK raid buff, belt of never-ending agony would be selected instead.
