'Sluggish' BiB optimise Server...?

At the time of posting this (~14:30 GMT/UK), BiB has been ‘taking its sweet time’ for about an hour, maybe a bit longer…?

Posting to see if others had the same and/or for the tech team to check against hardware logs.

Report logged as per (timed out?) error box.

Yeah a few users noted this around the same time… I’m poking through the server logs to try and figure out what caused the slowdown. It seems to have fixed itself though.
