I “boosted” this character to 110. I was given 185 weapons. I got my Legion artifact weapon and it was 152. I added relics and it is now at 198. AMR wants me to equip the 185 weapons even tho the 198 artifact weapon has more of all stats. Str,Sta, Crit and Mastery on each weapon. I know this AMR is for BfA, but shouldn’t it still be looking at stats and lvl of an item? Just trying to make sense of why it is choosing lower lvl weapons.

If you post your addon export string that you copy from the game to the website, we can take a closer look. Could be something with the relics, hard to say.

It shows your artifact as ilvl184 instead of 198. Try opening up the UI where you put on relics again, and export again, see if it updates.
