As I know, when Cauterizing Shadows equiped, if targets die with Purge the Wicked, it doesn’t heal allies, but heal only when the debuffs are expired while targets alive.

Thanks for the info. Do you have any combat logs that show this? I usually try to verify stuff with in-game data.
Sorry, I don’t have logs but some comments about this. It may not be convincing evidence, but it looks true.
