Why does my account no longer list the alts I’ve pasted in from the addon after login out/in ? I used to login and see all my characters with their saved configurations. Now i’m having to login anytime i revisit the site (though Remember Me is selected at login) and none of my characters are presented. I’m forced to paste each character over and over.
It sounds to me like maybe you have something like private browsing enabled that is clearing website data between visits?

It turns out its my use of Firefox web browser. Using MS Edge works as expected.

I use Firefox fwiw and it saves my stuff no problem – must be a browser setting or addon causing an issue.
