I have 8 crafted items in my Add to my Bag section, and two of those are the same crafted weapon with different stats so I can compare them. Neither show up in the results, only the other 6 items. I tried deleting one to see if having two of the same item was causing the problem, but it doesn’t help.

I’ve had occasion to do something similar with that section of the Upgrade Finder, but it was all 6 variants of two crafted items; do you have ‘Hide Downgrades’ checked…??
No, I haven’t imported your Snapshot… yet; I thought of that, first.
The problem in this case is that in your Best in Bags setup you have a weapon locked. The “Add to my Bag” optimization adds each item to your inventory, then runs Best in Bags with it to see how well it can score. If you have a weapon locked, then it can’t change the weapon… so it can’t get a score for it.
I’ll see if we can put something in to automatically unlock the slot being ranked… but it’s a little tricky with weapons and the way this particular search works. In the meantime you can work around it by unlocking your weapon in Best in Bags, re-optimize, then run the “Add to my Bag” upgrade finder ranking again.
That was it. I didn’t realize that locking my weapon in Best in Bags would affect the results of Add to Bag. Thanks!

On taking a closer look, I knew that I had addressed this exact case a while back… regardless of what you have locked in your Best in Bags setup these upgrade finder searches should work.
It turns out there is a specific bug with that logic in your case – specifically the case where just one hand is locked for a spec that can equip a mh+oh combo. We’ll fix that in the next site update and it should work correctly after that. The next update will probably be later today, or tomorrow at the latest.
We just posted a website update that should resolve this issue – it should give the proper ranking now for this case of having just one of mh/oh locked.
