I have a 184 and a 171 of the same item level and that was enough to cause the addon to fail to equip the 184 piece when I switched specs. The easy fix is just to vendor it but I threw it in my bank for now in case its useful for testing.
In theory version 95 (or later) of the addon should resolve issues like this… if you see it happen again, post the addon export (that you copy from the game to the website) and we can try to debug it further.
