This can’t be the case, as I am still using the addon with no problems, as are all the other people using the site! There must be something specific to your setup/client that is causing the issue. We’ll keep working with you to find it.
It is strange that it would not be working on just one character, and also not produce any errors that e.g. BugGrabber/BugSack could catch…
9 times out of 10, an /amr reset will fix the issue of the window not showing on one character – it is usually positioned off-screen somehow. The fact that right-clicking changes specs indicates that the addon is loaded and able to function, but for some reason the UI window won’t show on that one character… (Did you confirm that /amr show still doesn’t work on that character to show the window?)
The only thing that I can think of that would cause /amr show to fail without producing an error of some kind is if you were somehow stuck in combat… the window will not show if you are in combat. But that seems unlikely.
Just to double check, what version of the addon are you running? On one of your characters where it is working, it will show the loaded version in small text at the bottom of the AMR window in-game, something like “v150 loaded”.
One other unlikely thing to check: you aren’t playing on a PTR realm are you? There is an issue that would prevent it from loading on the 11.1 PTR realm right now.
Thank you again for working on this problem. I think we finally solved the issue. Here are the procedures I employed. I checked the version. It is v.150. I disabled all add-ons and re-enabled them. I typed /amr show. Nothing changed. Here is what worked. /amr reset immediately followed with /amr show. This time when I clicked the doodad and the icon showed in the dropdown, right clicked the icon and the window opened. Tested that it works 4 times.
