My druid uses the same shoulders for his feral and guardian specs but with different traits. I have 2 of these shoulders, but the addon seems incapable of using the second one. If I equip the correct shoulders on each spec and Import it into the addon. It still shows up wrong for one of the specs in BiB.
I’ve cleared cookies in case that was the issue, but no joy.
Could you share the addons string ?
Sounds like a custom set… let’s call it an issue, for now.
It sounds similar to something raised here, that I read a few minutes ago, re: two identical items with different trait options for separate spec.'s.

I have noticed the same thing on my paladin and druid. For example on my druid, I have two Fairweather tunic pieces, one with Azerite traits for Guardian and one with Azerite traits for Feral. When I import to the addon, it equips the wrong piece for each spec. If I fix them manually and export from the addon it still doesn’t work.

Glad I posted those strings now. I just got a new shoulders from an emissary and it replaces my cat one. So this issue will be side-lined for me for now …
Though I will keep the old ones of course. Can always force the addon to not use the new one to test any feedback.
Hmm. Interesting. If I equip the wrong shoulder fro Guardian in my Feral spec and have AMR change to Guardian set up. It does not change the shoulders. This seems to indicate that it is not checking the azerite traits and is only going by the gear piece. At least that’s what I think.
It definitely checks the azerite traits – I have a couple of the same item with different traits chosen for different setups, and it swaps them just fine for me. It can be difficult to debug issues in the addon because I can’t reproduce other users’ cases… I’ll see if I can figure anything out though, maybe use some of my gear to create a similar case.
