I tried the best in bags feature but it doesn’t select any gear for any spec.

I’m having the same problem, it might not be a ‘‘you’’ thing
Upgrade Finder also shows ab big bunch of nothing.

Yepp, same here… after the site told me “you need to reload” nothing shows up anymore.
Well glad it’s not just me then …
Having same issues!! Sigh…great tool, but been having quite a bit of issues lately.
I am also having this issue, not just with best in slot but also upgrade finder - everything is currently blank on all characters.
We asked Mr. Robot and today his answer is “No”
Well, look like something broke on the server side refresh lol … guess it’s time to just wait 'til they fix it and hope it’s sooner rather than later

A little more complicated, I main hunter and that seems fine if I switch to that toon, but I updated while looking at an alt and imported my gear from that (Shaman) and that wiped out my gear on shaman. Don’t dare import gear on main might accidentally wipe out gear management (i’m superstitious) but went into priest, the set was there, imported priest gear and running best in bag showed no items.
Same for me, just blank gear for Best in Bags. 
I have two (L80’s, so far) that are also having the same issue:
