AMR in other languages?

Good morning

Has there ever been any consideration of offering AMR in other languages? This could be achieved through AI automatic translation, and the results from WoWhead could also be displayed in the respective language setting.
For example, I play with the German client, and of course you can translate the items and recognize them by their icons, but for easier use, the option to set your native language would be advantageous.

Thank you and have a nice Sunday.

One day we would like to translate the site to other languages – it is on our list of things to do. We are a very small team though (just myself and Swol), so we can’t always get to everything that we want to implement.

We do not use wowhead item or spell data and tooltips, we create our own directly from the WoW game client data. That data is available in many languages, so in theory we could at least translate item names and tooltips with a lot less effort than translating the entire website.

Our in-game addon is available in multiple languages – it was kindly translated by volunteers. We have French, Italian, Brazilian Portuguese, and Russian. If there is a German-speaking user out there interested in helping out, we could add that quite easily – the addon was written from the ground up for multiple language support, unlike the website. (We could probably translate the addon to German ourselves using an automatic translation… but it might sound a little off or have trouble with common Warcraft abbreviations used by the community for stat names and things like that.)
