Trying to use Best in Bag and every time it just tells me it is having trouble importing the information.

We will take a look at it - the remix event wasn’t something we had our eye on for gear optimization, but we might be able to put something together.

I posted an update that should resolve the loading issue for MoP remix characters.
That said… the optimizer probably won’t work that well until have an item in your inventory for every slot that is somewhat “appropriate” – basically, has your spec’s primary stat for an armor piece, right type of weapon, etc.
I’m still seeing the issue. I even reloaded AMR and tried a different browser (firefox and edge). Is there something I need to do to get to the latest update?
What is the specific error message that you are getting? You should be able to re-import from the addon after yesterday’s site update and it will load.

One of the items in that data has bad bonus IDs… it’s hard for me to tell if it’s some weird error with Blizzard’s data, or they are doing something bizarre…
The item is Timerunner’s Seal… what is the item level, and what are the actual stats that your Timerunner’s Seal has in-game?

Thanks – yeah they are doing some weird stuff with those gems, I’ll try to get it working.
Note: even if I get these items loading… the optimizer is not going to suggest or try different gem combinations for you in MoP remix, so it may be of limited usefulness.
I posted an update that will prevent the error… but it still isn’t loading quite right – need to adjust some of the code to deal with the stats from the gems.
But that said… the optimizer isn’t really set up to work with all these MoP remix gems, so it isn’t functioning properly. We might be able to get it to just ignore gems and spit out what you already have socketed… but I’m not sure that would be of much use so might not be worth the effort.

Our optimizer is mainly designed for max-level characters in Dragonflight. It won’t work very well with a lot of this MoP remix gear unfortunately. And it will be too short-lived to build something out before it ends.
We’re focused on The War Within, which goes into beta this week.
