AMR recommending a configuration with a -1.33% dps

I’m sure I’m missing something obvious, but screen shot pretty much says it all. Why is AMR recommending a configuration that would result in a 1.33% dps loss?

Your equipped gear has too much corruption. Raise your corruption max setting if you want to allow more corruption.
