Your Beast Mastery setup is set to a lower priority than your Marksmanship setup. The optimizer is optimizing the marksman set up first, which is setting the gems/enchants. It is then not free to move those around when it optimizes for Beast Mastery, leading to the slight decrease in score.
Your current gear is set up optimally for beast mastery, so changing it to marksman makes it slightly less optimal.
Make sure you have the setups in order of priority.
