I know that this is a thing that happens sometimes but usually it happens towards the end of the season when I’m much more geared.

This is happening because you have max on-use items set to 1, which is forcing the optimizer into a lower-scoring solution.

Ooooh thank you. I didn’t even set that intentionally - I have no problem with multiple on-use items.
