Since I’m a new user I can’t upload multiple images to describe the issue, but it seems as if the Honorbound Azerite items are broken.

the 2nd ring unlocks at level 22, my HoA is at level 20

Thanks, we’re working on getting all the unlock levels right - there are different requirements based on where you get items from.
