Is the AMR Best in slot feature seriously suggesting i use
110 Netherflame Robe over 133 Robes of Tirisfal(45.04%) Downgrade and
91 Shalassi Oracle’s Sandals over 141 Slippers of the Seacaller(45.53%) Downgrade
There appears to be a bug with the scoring there. I’ll work on tracking it down. The problem seems to only be happening with certain fight lengths.
Ok, I found the problem. This is a weird case where you are doing an optimization that is so mana-limited that it is not optimal to ever ramp up to a 3 stack arcane blast. I had to put something in to handle that case a bit better.
