I’ve got best in bags selected and it is showing that I should put on enchants that are less than what I have on. It tells me that I will then get a minus dps, yay. Are the enchants updated?
Please post a snapshot using the “get support” button. The enchants are implemented. My guess is that your settings are doing something you don’t expect. I can give advice when I see you setup.

Your options are only allowing tier 1 quality gems and enchants, but you already have tier 2 quality gems and enchants equipped. If you change the setting to tier 2 it should fix this.
In theory the optimizer should keep your existing gems if they are higher quality, so I’ll look into why it is not in this case. That said… we still do not recommend choosing settings that are more restrictive than what you are willing to use in-game.
Side note: you have max on-use trinkets set to none, which is preventing the optimizer from choosing your Voracious Heart of Ula’tek trinket. You might want to increase that setting to 1 or 2.
Yes, that was my error. I thought tier 1 was the highest. When I changed it to tier 2 and the ok on-use trinkets, it is fine. Thank you for checking into this
