Avoidance in Midnight for DPS

I have 2 Osseoclad Sabreteeth, one with avoidance, one without. Why is the one without seen as so much better - Assassination Rogue, Lvl90

We need to see your exact gear/setup to answer this one. Use the “help” link next to Best in Bags and post the snapshot id generated.

The simulator and optimizer give no value to avoidance for DPS, so that would not affect the result. There must be another reason in this case. With the snapshot id I can take a look and respond.

One has a socket, one has avoidance. The one with a socket is going to rank a bit higher.
