Hey yall,
I’ve noticed that the gearing strategy for balance seems to recommend significantly sub-par traits in a some situations. I think it usually has to do with the value of the first “Arcanic Pulsar” trait, though I’m not sure. The first trait gives an additional effect (trigger 6s of celestial alignment every 9 Starsurges). I do use the Incarnation talent, and a few Streaking Stars traits elsewhere that greatly increase the calue of that CD, so it might be missing an interaction effect there. The gear strategy recommends that I take Streaking Stars instead of Arcanic Pulsar on my chestpiece, even though Arcanic Pulsar sims for ~1200 more dps (2%).
