The waist’s BIS ranking is strange.
Why is 50SP higher than 55SP + 24 Crit?

And balance druids only use the starfire (with the moonfire keep).
AMR don’t use the tier 6’s 4 piece.
But tier 6’s 4 piece gives increase critical strike chance of starfire by 5%.
There seems to be a problem with the way the balance druids calculate.

Thanks for the post. There was a bug in the balance code that I was able to track down. I will post an update today sometime.
