I’m now at 5/6 Cypher bonus and the Nova Oracular Smock has shown the damage effect of level 1/6 since it dropped. Is there a way to force the BiB tool to register a set Cypher level?
It was my understanding that these effects were only useful in outdoor areas, not dungeons/raids, so we didn’t implement the whole system. If that’s not correct, we can take a look at it.
