When I export from addon for using best in bag it is showing results that are lower than what I have currently equipped, also suggests to use mastery gems instead of haste when the graph shows otherwise. Am I reading this wrong?
So you are looking at Fury, which is 2nd in priority to Protection. If Protection is using the same items (sharing them), it gets first pick at gems and enchants. I wonder if that is what is happening.
You can post your addon string (that you paste into the site), and we can take a look.
