even when i am changing to epic gems in the options, BiB only suggest me blue gems.

Your Demonology setup is higher priority and it has gem quality set to rare, so they are getting locked in on most of your items. Either make Affliction your highest priority setup if that is what you usually play the most, or go to your Demonology setup and adjust the settings.
