I think the issue is that right now the optimizer is only allowing one intellect gem (either the 120 or 80 variant). Can you have one of each at the same time? I haven’t checked in-game.
Yes, you can have both, have both equipped at the moment, weird that it wouldn’t optimize out the 80int
one vs the 120int
Thanks for the confirmation – I’ll work on fixing that up… you have no idea how complicated it is to optimize around those silly jewelcrafting gem constraints… so much code for such a little thing! It will probably take a few days of testing to ensure nothing breaks when adding a second constraint.

I just updated the site with some changes that should address allowing both a 120 and 80 jc gem in optimizations now. I hate touching that code because there always seems to be a case that slips through… so let me know if you notice anything not working as expected.
Note that for some specs, the +50 secondary stat gems are still better than the +80 jc gem. The +120 gem is almost always better than the +50 gems though.
