It’s possible, I suppose, that this is a problem with the addon, but I’m seeing the same problem on both my desktop and my laptop, so I don’t see how it could be something left over on the clipboard.
OK, after further research I found that if I click on “Armory Update” before importing my data via the addon, then the left side does show my current gear.
But I’ve never known this to be a problem before. Doesn’t the addon export a list of my currently equipped gear in addition to the contents of my bags? If I’m wrong about that, then I apologize.

Doing an armory update will sometimes cause problems… using the addon is generally much better.
If I use your export and see one set of gear, then you use the same export and see different gear… that’s really weird. Never seen that happen before, and I’m at a bit of a loss as to how that would happen…

It seems to be OK now since I did the armory update. I’ll continue to watch for the problem, though I’ve not seen it on any of my other 6 characters.
In the addon export you’re in feral spec. This doesn’t matter for optimising on the website but you’ll get this effect which may confuse you, I guess it did as you’ve made a post.
I’m just a user like you so this isn’t official, this is just what I’ve noticed.
When you optimise for a spec you didn’t export in the left hand side will show what it has cached from the last time you exported as that spec (I think), either that or what it suggested the last time you optimised for that spec.
