As the title says. AMR keeps telling me to use a duplicate item but the one with a worse enchant/no socket and no bonus stats. Thanks!

I believe the optimizer is doing the correct thing in this case, but it is not obvious, took me a minute to figure out!
Your Fury spec is set to a higher priority than your Protection spec. For Fury, it wants to put a Speed enchant on the bracer with the primary stat epic gem.
For Protection… it works out that using your other wrist item and putting a Leech enchant on it is very slightly better due to the gem+enchant “reserved” for your higher-priority Fury spec.
The difference here is extremely small… you could stick with the other wrist item if you prefer. For all practical purposes they will perform the same.
