You shouldn’t have to set tallents in the Optimiser; there’s a setting to read the imported Talens from the in-game string:
I would suggest option 2, as I do… or - as part of a major patch, like now - option 3.
Thank you eighjan for the response. I know how to use the talent importer as I have many toons for which everything works just fine. I feel this is a Pre-Patch issue that needs some attention as it does not import talents or let me set them myself as your image shows.

In that new snapshot, how about your equipped shoulder item, Quarrier’s Mantle? What item level does it show in-game?
Quarrier’s Mantle is item level 60
Thanks, I might have an idea how they are getting ilvl60 from the provided data… I’ll try it out and post an update today sometime.
Sorry for the trouble – it can be a little tough to decipher the new bonus IDs until we see a few real-world examples.
